Important Notes • The driveway is gravel and can accommodate up to 5 vehicles. • *The boat lift on the dock is currently inoperable. While the dock is fully accessible, please do not attempt to use or operate the boat lift for any reason. • Please note the cleaning schedule for the outdoor swimming pool differs based on the season due to changing occupancy levels. Fall through early spring (mid-September to mid-May), the pool is typically serviced weekly. Mid-spring through summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day), the pool is typically serviced biweekly (twice per week). No matter the season, natural debris may enter the pool between cleanings, such as sand and tree blooms, due to its location on the canal alongside unpredictable weather and/or wind patterns. • While natural debris cannot be completely avoided, please know that our regular maintenance and cleaning of the swimming pool creates a safe and enjoyable experience. There is a pool skimmer for use as needed. We also recommend avoiding the sand area when using the pool to help prevent the introduction of any further debris during your stay.
