This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom vacation rental features: Primary Bedroom: Two full-size beds, natural light, and a private adjustable cooling unit for comfort. 2nd Bedroom: Two twin beds, ideal for kids or younger guests, also with its own adjustable cooling unit. Common Area Sleeping Arrangements: Pull-out sofa in the living room. Bathroom: Walk-in shower with a dual shower head, including a rain-style option and handheld wand. Maximum Guest Occupancy: 8 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.) While the yard is fenced, the fencing only lines 3 sides of the property, so it is not enclosed. While there is a hot tub on the property, unfortunately it is not available for guest use. Door Locking Policy: We ask that you do not lock the bottom lock. Please use the deadbolt only. We are happy to welcome your furry family members, but please note the following mandatory pet rules and requirements: Upfront Deposits • Non-refundable fee: $150 per dog • Refundable deposit: $100 per dog (refunded after checkout once our team confirms there is no damage). Any damage or excess cleaning caused by pets may result in additional charges. Pet Restrictions • Maximum of 2 dogs allowed • Dogs must be under 50 lbs. each • No other animals are permitted (including cats, birds, etc.) • Prohibited breeds (including mixes) and any dog with a known history of biting are not allowed. Restricted breeds include: Doberman Pinscher, Pitbull, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, Wolf hybrids, Canary Mastiff, Akita, German Shepherd, Husky, Mastiff, Alaskan Malamute, Bullmastiff, Caucasian Shepherd House Rules for Pets • Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture • Dogs must be crated when left unattended (guests must provide their own crate) • Dogs must be leashed outdoors at all times • Dogs may not be left unattended outside Clean-Up • The community’s designated pet relief area is located on the right side of the house near the trash bins • All pet waste must be immediately picked up, bagged, and disposed of in the outdoor trash bins Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip.
