Drake Park Villa is a beautiful two-story home with three bedrooms and two and a half baths. The luxurious King Master Suite includes a large separate shower, double sinks and a soaking tub surrounded by beautiful paned windows that overlook the river. Two queen bedrooms share one bath on the second floor, which also has a spacious family room with a flat screen television with cable and DVD. The main floor features Brazilian hardwood floors and a roomy, open floor plan with living, kitchen and dining areas. Large windows frame the beautiful view of the river. Drake Park Villa also features a gas fireplace, gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances, granite countertops and seating for four at the bar, as well as a media room with flat screen TV and game table. This is a no-pet home. Please note, if you choose to book with this home, you will be receiving a separate rental agreement that will need to be electronically signed before your stay.
